FEATURED ARTIST OF THE MONTH

As Feature Artist for the month of June at Courtyard Gallery, Lou Conron shares a ten-painting series in watercolor inspired by a poem titled “I Am A River” by Howard Brown, another of our Gallery members. Lou’s paintings and copies of Howard’s poem will be displayed at the Gallery from May 31^st to June 30^th. “This series has consumed my life and thoughts”, says Lou, “and has been a deeply moving and spiritual experience. I have relived the river of my own life and as I ‘leisurely move over the silt of my delta’ I find myself deeply contemplating the next phase of my own river of existence.”
